Luca Immesi graduated in Mass communication and Broadcasting from the European School of Economics validated by Nottingham Trent University. He specializes in Filmmaking at New York University. He has directed various short films, documentaries and two feature films, released in the cinema and selected in various international festivals. The first feature, "Ritual - A psychomagic story", boasts the participation of the Chilean director and writer Alejandro Jodorowsky. The second "Le guerre horrende" is loosely based on the theatrical text of the same name written by Pino Costalunga and has the actor Cosimo Cinieri in the cast. The film gained national cultural interest for secondary works by Mibact. In 2017, on the occasion of the Mibact Migrarti call, he made the short film "Gaga" on second generation immigration, which participates in the Venice Film Festival and is acquired by Rai Cinema. In 2018 he interviews Fernando Arrabal, founder of the Panic Movement and draws a short documentary screened at the Nuovo Cinema Aquila in Rome.
