BIOGRAPHIE

Tamas Ducki is a Polish-Hungarian animated film director. The artist graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Animated Film from the Moholy Nagy University of Art and Design and the National Film and Television School in the UK. For recent years he has been living and working in Poland, collaborating with many local co-creators and producers. His individual visual language shows strong impact from the tradition of the Polish School of Posters and Hungarian animation influence. This unique style is characterized by a mixture of different techniques, a mesmerizing play of colors and an engaging storyline. His best-known works are the award-winning short films: Lifeline, Baths and animated music videos for artists such as Basement Jaxx, Zhu and Bipolar Sunshine. The artist's latest projects also include a promotional spot for the "Planet" series, created as part of the cooperation between Bass Astral x Igo and BBC Earth. Tamas Ducki's last two films are Baths and Plantarium.
