BIOGRAPHIE
Stella Iannitto was born in Italy. With her documentary 19 HILOS she has participated in several festivals such as the Festival dei Popoli (Italy) Fidmarseille (France), Parnu International Documentary and Anthropology Film Festival (Estonia) among others. Her short film THEY MEET won two awards for best short film. She has collaborated with Associazione i313 for Cinemainstrada festival and with Officina Koinè for the development and production of documentary projects. In 2015 she produced Giacometti Art Walk, a documentary on the life of Swiss artist Alberto Giacometti. La versione di Jean is her latest feature – length documentary, co-directed with Manuela Cencetti and Jean Diaconescu, selected at the Torino Film Festival 2020. She lives in France and she is a film director and cinema teacher.
