BIOGRAPHIE

While in college, he finds about Youtube and starts making a webseries, “Capitán Galaxia”, with a couple of friends. He is very active in the Gijón International Film Festival, where he collaborates in some of the festival activities and his short films “Esteban” or “Cinco Necesidades” are selected. He also wins some prizes in Jameson Notodofilmfest with his films “Solos”, “Segunda Clase” and “Teen Wars”. Thanks to one of those prizes he enters the NBC Universal Filmmaster program for young European filmmakers in L.A.In 2012 he works with production company Boca Boca colabora in creating works of fiction for tv.In 2013 he directs “Al final todos mueren”, co-directed with Javier Botet, Roberto Perez Toledo, David Galán and Javier Fesser. The same year, he directs one of the segments in another collective movie, “Pixel Theory”. In 2014, his shortfilm “Another Crisis” is selected in the Sci Fi London festival. Thanks to that, he starts to work in a feature film with English production company Wildseed Studios, with Esaú Dharma y Mar Delgado (Goya nominees for the animated short film“Cómo desaparecieron los dinosaurios”). In 2015 he wins Canal + prize in the Notodofilmfest for the shortfilm “Tu Viejo”. In 53 Gijón International Film Festival, he wins the jury prize Día D´Asturies for best shortfilm with “Cuenta con Nosotros” (“Count us in”). In 2017, Cuenta con Nosotros” (“Count us in”) have achieved 65 selections and 11 awards. In 2017, his short film “Smile” achieves 58 selections & 5 awards. His lastest short film is the short film “Hate Crime” (2020), finalist in the Notodofilmfest 2020 edition. As editor, he works in the making og the TV series Dorien, prodeced by The Other Side Films for RTVE. untitled image
