BIOGRAPHIE

Menna Ekram is a screenwriter and director from Egypt. She has an MFA in Cinematic Arts from the Red Sea Institute of Cinematic Arts (RSICA), and an MA in Feature Filmmaking at Bath Spa University in the UK. In 2015, she directed her short film, The Wheel, which screened in more than 20 festivals. In 2019, her second short film, Color-blind, was premiered in the 40th Durban International Film festival, South Africa, and had its MENA premiere at Gouna Film Festival.
