BIOGRAPHIE
Manuel Pérez (Barcelona 1978), studied film directing at the Centro de Estudios Cinematográficos de Cataluña from 1999 to 2003. In 2013 he directed Frontera, his first feature film. The film premiered at the Malaga Film Festival where it received the award for Best Director in the Zona Zine section. In 2016 he premiered the documentary Metamorphosis in the Official Section of the Malaga Festival. The film received the Audience Award and a Special Jury Mention at DOCSBARCELONA.
