Miki Clarke

BIOGRAPHIE

Miki Clarke is a bi-lingual filmmaker working across producing, writing, and directing, with a focus on collaborating with multiple directors and writers to foster a new slate of art-house-focused features tailored for the commercial market. Currently completing his Master of Screen: Directing at AFTRS, Miki began his career in camera department, assisting for six years, before pursuing postgraduate studies at the Berlin University of the Arts and spending three years in Michael Rowe’s Writers Consortium (FIPRESCI, Camera d'Or) developing his own feature screenplays. As the producer of Withered Blossoms, which premiered at the 2024 Cannes La Cinef and screened at seven international festivals, Miki has demonstrated his ability to craft impactful projects. He produced two more films that year, directing one of them himself. He has interned with Films Boutique, Umbrella Entertainment, Queensland Writers Centre and now works as a development assistant for Kate Glover
