Born in Taranto, south Italy, he moved to Rome thinking of indulging his passion for cinema, but ended up graduating in architecture. He is among the founders of Detour, a well-known film club in Rome, for which he managed, until 2014, the organization and promotion of film events, cultural initiatives and audiovisual literacy workshops. For 16 years he has been organizing projects that use cinema to promote the inclusion and socialization of neurodivergent people. Since 2013, he has been the artistic director of AS Film Festival, the first international film and visual arts festival curated by a staff of mostly autistic people. Among his works: "Abbassa l'Italia!" selected in more than 40 Italian and international festivals including Cinemed - Festival International du Cinéma Méditerranéen de Montpellier; "Via Selmi 72 Cinemastation," official selection at the Rome International Film Festival and best documentary at the Est Film Fest in Montefiascone; the social documentary "Arriva la Banda!", awarded the RdC Award at the Tertio Millennio Festival. His latest work is "Mercato Libero" winner of the IMAIE short film call 2023.
