BIOGRAPHIE

Daniele Esposito is an Italian film producer, director and screenwriter. His works have been presented in several festivals, winning a number of awards such as the honorable mention of the jury chaired by Gillo Pontecorvo at the PA forum festival 2004 for the short film “Un Regalo Senza Parole”. He was also awarded the best short film at the HorrorMovie Festival Roma 2011 for the short movie “Roulette Russa”. In 2015 he made the short film “The wheel” (Cannes Short Film Conrner 2016, Socially Relevant Film Festival New York 2016, Salento Finibus Terrae 2016 and it won Best Short Movie in Social Films Fest Roma 2016, president of jury Bernard Hiller). Among his most recent works as a director the web serie "Super Italian Family"with Michela Andreozzi and the David di Donatello award winner Edoardo Pesce. The serie won the first prize in the Roma Web Fest and was screened during the Rio Web Fest in Rio de Janeiro. Among his recent works as a screenwriter the animation feature film screenplay "A little Bullet". This project has won Premio Amarcort 2016 - Menzione Speciale Pitch in The Day Roma Creative Contest 2017, it won also the first prize in the Canary Islands Film Market. It was selected for pitch session of Maison des Scenaristes in Cannes Film Festival 2017 and for Animation Production Day 2018 in Stuttgart. Daniele Esposito è regista, sceneggiatore e produttore. Tra i suoi lavori più recenti come regista il cortometraggio “La Ruota” e la serie web “Super Italian Family” con Michela Andreozzi ed Edoardo Pesce, vincitrice della sezione Comedy del Roma Web Fest e proiettata a Rio de Janeiro durante il Rio Web Fest. Il suo ultimo lavoro come sceneggiatore è, invece, la sceneggiatura del lungometraggio di animazione “A Little Bullet”. Dopo aver ricevuto diversi riconoscimenti qui in Italia (Premio Amarcort 2016 - Menzione Speciale Pitch in The Day Roma Creative Contest 2017 - Finalista Premio Vincenzoni), “A Little Bullet” è stato apprezzato anche all’estero, ed infatti ha partecipato ai pitch di Maison des Scenaristes di Cannes Film Festival 2017, e all’Animation Production Day 2018 di Stoccarda, vincendo anche il Canary Islands International Film Market 2018.
