Elise Amblard was born in 1996 in the Paris suburb, where she still lives. She pursues a writer/screenwriter course at the École de Cité in Saint-Denis, from which she graduates in 2019. Alongside her studies, she co-edits Soleil Rouge, an art magazine. She went on to direct art films and music videos, and has since been developing several projects for film and television. She is keenly interested in the issues affecting contemporary youth, and to the representation of marginalized groups in film. Aux Armes, Christopher is her first produced short-film as a director.
