Daphne Do is an emerging Australian filmmaker based in London. She studied Mathematics and Engineering, practising as an Engineer and Consultant before undertaking the Film & Television Foundations night course at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2015. Since then, Daphne has worked in production on music videos and in fashion and advertising. Daphne loves being on set, and, having collaborated with a diverse array of directors, is inspired to direct more of her own projects. Fish-Dentist is her second short film, made in collaboration with Alex Chilton. Their first short film, Wibble Wobble, was selected to screen at the 2018 Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, among other festivals.
