Born in Caserta on 10 January 1990. After his university studies between Milan and Rome, in September 2014 he enrolled at the National Film School in Lodz, Poland, to follow a Directing Training. There he wrote and directed his first short film: 'Once Upon a Time a Kid', which in October 2016 won the Best Short Film Award at the Napoli Film Festival and was then a semi-finalist at the Corto Dorico Film Festival 2017. In April 2019, he participates in the Looking China Youth Film Project in Shanghai: a project that invites young filmmakers from all over the world to make short documentaries about society and customs in contemporary China. Here he makes the documentary The keeper of the Bell. In the same year, he took part in the "Writing for Cinema" workshop held by Massimo Gaudioso at the Holden School in Turin. During the course, he met screenwriter Maddalena Licciardi, with whom he made two short films: "Il Pettirosso" in 2022 and "Birdwatching".
