BIOGRAPHIE

Jonas Eisenschmidt is a freelance director and writer. In addition to his work on documentaries, he works as a director and cameraman on music videos, short films and online productions. His short films have been screened at national and international festivals and have won several awards. After training as a media designer for image and sound at SWR, he went on to study a bachelor's degree in media arts at Bauhaus University Weimar. In 2018/2019, he took part in the PMMC Lab for Documentary Practice on the Net at Werkleitz in Halle. He lives and works in Leipzig.
