Named in 2017's list of Top 200 young South Africans in the film and media category by Mail and Guardian. I've written and directed a number of independent short form narratives. In 2014, I was awarded Best Cinematographer in the Durban edition of the internationally acclaimed 48 Hour Film Project. Being awarded best best writing for my short film 'Brothers', and scoring a nomination for the same film at the prestigious Simon Sabela awards spurred me on to pursue my passion in visual storytelling. I made an experimental short film 'Scars' which was selected to screen at the Short film festival "Short to the point" in Bucharest, Romania.
