BIOGRAPHIE

Magnus Lorenz is a documentary filmmaker, usually embodying the roles of a director, cinematographer and editor to produce creative documentary formats with strong personal angles and rhythmic structures. Equipped with a master’s diploma in documentary filmmaking, Magnus has cultivated his unique cinematic and storytelling styles. In 2018 Magnus won the ‘Best Film Award’ at the prestigious Aristoteles Documentary Film Workshop in Romania for ‘You’ll Be A Woman Soon’. Magnus lives and works in Berlin and Tbilisi.
