Born in 1997 in Dublin, Cliona Noonan is an animation film director. She graduated from The National Film School of Ireland (IADT), after which she directed Wet & Soppy and Soft Tissue. In 2025 she graduated from la Poudrière, where she directed Rage de dent (one-minute film), Carottes à la Papi for Les Espoirs de l’Animation (Tiji), which received the Jury Prize, and There’s Something in the Milk, her graduation film, with the participation of ARTE France.
