BIOGRAPHIE
Lara Zeidan is a Lebanese Canadian writer/director based between London and Beirut. She graduated from the London Film School with "Three Centimetres", which premiered at Berlinale 2018 and won the Teddy Award for Best Short Film. Since then, the film has screened at over 100 festivals, winning numerous awards including Best British/Irish short film of the year at the London Critics Circle Film Awards, and the Iris Prize, which secured the funding for her experimental short “A Beautiful Form to See”. She is a Berlinale Talents alumna and is now developing her first feature film "BIRTHDAY".
