BIOGRAPHIE

Peter's experience in directing spans a wide variety of work, from period drama to international documentaries. His career began in 2006, directing a number of short films that toured the festival circuit and then developed into commercials and documentary directing. His documentary, ‘The City with a Dirty Face,’ won the Black Pearl Award for Best Short Film at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival and was nominated for both the Anthony Minghella award in Hull and Best Short Film at the East End Film Festival. Recently, ‘Marching Song’ by Esben and the Witch was nominated for a UKMVA and was voted in the top 20 music videos of 2010 by Spin Magazine. His latest drama, 'The Craftsman,' follows the story of Sgt. Wally Harris as he commands his band of R.E.M.E. engineers through Normandy during WW2, until he encounters the enemy in an action that would eventually win him the Military Medal. He is currently developing his first feature film, which promises to be an exciting adventure into the heart of Africa.
