BIOGRAPHIE - DAYAN D. OUALID : Suite à un service militaire de trois ans et demi en Israël, Dayan David Oualid entre à l’École Supérieure d’Études Cinématographiques à Paris. Il crée avec des camarades de classe l’Association Des Jeunes Cinéastes Indépendants grâce à laquelle il produira plusieurs courts-métrages et autres produits audiovisuels. En 2019, il réalise et incarne le premier rôle du court-métrage DIBBUK et fonde la société TROIS JOURS DE MARCHE avec Luc Finalteri, Guillaume Schmitt, Raphaël Pierre-Bloch et Emilie Potet. Il vient de terminer en 2022 un court-métrage intitulé LE PÈRE, LE FILS ET LE RAV KALMENSON en co- production avec LES FILMS DU CYGNE. La pré- production de l’adaptation en long-métrage de DIBBUK en co-production avec LÉGENDE FILMS est en préparation. Avec une forte volonté de faire cohabiter un cinéma social et fantastique, Dayan écrit autour de thématiques actuelles avec une certaine nostalgie pour les années 90 et, en toile de fond, un univers ésotérique et spirituel assumé. BIOGRAPHY - DAYAN D. OUALID : Following a three-and-a-half year military service in Israel, Dayan David Oualid joined the ESEC Graduate School of Cinematographic Studies in Paris. He created with classmates the Association of Young Independent Filmmakers, thanks to which he produced several short films and other audiovisual products. In 2019, he directed and embodies the main character of the short film DIBBUK and founded the company TROIS JOURS DE MARCHE with Luc Finalteri, Guillaume Schmitt, Raphaël Pierre-Bloch and Emilie Potet. He just finished in 2022 a short film entitled THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE RAV KALMENSON in co-production with LES FILMS DU CYGNE. The pre-production of the feature film adaptation of DIBBUK in co-production with LEGENDE FILMS is under preparation. With a strong desire to mix a social and fantastic cinema, Dayan writes around current themes with a certain nostalgia for the 90s and a strong esoteric and spiritual background.
