BIOGRAPHIE

Paco Sepúlveda is a director and screenwriter from Cádiz. He has graduated with Pedro Loeb in the script factory and studied directing at the prestigious EICTV, in Cuba. In 2020 he founded Guainot produces S.L. He has written and directed the short films: "Live and let live", "Silencio", "Imanes" "Inocencia" and "Nona". As well as independent pieces for his feature film (still to be released) "Historias". He has obtained multiple national and international selections with his short films, in addition to various awards such as best short film for "Silencio", at the Santo Domingo film festival, Best director and Best sound at the Medina del Campo festival and Best Andalusian short film, at the Andalusian film awards granted by ASECAN, as well as the best Andalusian short film at the Almería International Film Festival (FICAL), for "Inocencia". He has worked with internationally renowned actors such as Juan Diego, Emilio Gutiérrez Caba, Alberto Ammann, Maggie Civantos, Luisa Gavasa, Manuel Morón or Nico Furtado among others. He is currently about to release his first film, "The Game", while he is working on the reproduction of his second feature film, "Innocence", based on his award-winning short film. Paco Sepúlveda es un director y guionista gaditano. Se ha diplomado con Pedro Loeb en la factoría del guion y estudiado dirección en la prestigiosa EICTV, en Cuba. En 2020 funda Guainot produce S.L. Ha escrito y dirigido los cortometrajes: "Vive y deja vivir", "Silencio", "Imanes" "Inocencia" y "Nonna". Así como piezas independientes para su largometraje (aún por estrenar) "Historias". Ha obtenido múltiples selecciones tanto nacionales como internacionales con sus cortometrajes, además de diversos premios como mejor cortometraje para "Silencio", en el festival de cine de Santo Domingo, Mejor director y Mejor sonido en el festival de Medina del Campo y Mejor cortometraje Andaluz, en los premios del cine Andaluz otorgados por ASECAN, así como mejor cortometraje Andaluz en el festival internacional de cine de Almería (FICAL), por "Inocencia". Ha trabajado con actores de talla internacional como Juan Diego, Emilio Gutiérrez Caba, Alberto Ammann, Maggie Civantos, Luisa Gavasa, Manuel Morón o Nico Furtado entre otros. Actualmente está apunto de estrenar "El juego" su ópera prima, mientras trabaja en la reproducción de su segundo largometraje, "Inocencia", basado en su premiado cortometraje.
