Loreto Saiz (Burgos, 1996) es guionista, directora e investigadora. Sus documentales انتظر (Espero, 2019) y Ce la farò (Lo conseguiré, 2022) han sido seleccionados en más de 30 festivales, entre ellos la SEMINICI, Medina del Campo, o el Aguilar Film Festival, además de formar parte del catálogo New Spanish Shorts. Centrada en el cine social, ha rodado en Argelia, Italia y España, donde ha trabajado también como educadora en proyectos europeos. Actualmente es docente en la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid y presidente de la ONG Rakonto. A street view (2023) es su primer cortometraje de ficción. Her documentaries انتظر (I wait, 2019) and Ce la farò (I will make it, 2022) have been selected for more than 30 festivals, including SEMINICI, Medina del Campo, or the Aguilar Film Festival, as well as forming part of the New Spanish Shorts catalogue. Focusing on social cinema, she has shot in Algeria, Italy and Spain, where she has also worked as an educator in European projects. She currently teaches at the Carlos III University in Madrid and is president of the NGO Rakonto. A street view (2023) is her first fiction short film.
