BIOGRAPHIE

Kamyar Rahnama Raad is a New York based filmmaker who grew up in Germany and Iran. Scientist, professor with a focus on neuroscience and artificial intelligence, writes short fiction in Persian, made short films: Emma Anna (2021), The Telephone (2023) and Inseparable (2023), and recently, co-wrote The Mustache and The Mirror, a dark comedy, and in a way a detective story, where the mystery is rooted in an edited photograph, the idea of being erased.
