BIOGRAPHIE
Jeffrey "Epy" Smith Quizon hails from a family of film makers and actors from the Philippines. He has been in the business of film making for 30 years. He is a very talented actor who has several acting awards under his belt including Best Performance and Best Actor awards in Brussels International Film Festival 2001, International Film Festival Manhattan 2015 and Lake View International Film Festival 2020. He ventures into directing with "BUKAL" with English title "WELLSPRING" as his debut film.
