BIOGRAPHIE

Born in 1983 in Ruse, Bulgaria. He studied directing, acting and animation at the New Bulgarian University in Sofia and at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne. In 2012 he graduated with honors. His first animated short film Das Knäuel/The Wool Ball (2008), which he made for 3sat / ZDF, has been shown several times on television, at art exhibitions and film festivals. His graduation short film Die Kakerlake/The Cockroach was shown and awarded at many film festivals. Since 2015 S. Ganoff is a member of the STRIKING Performance Lab. He has also worked as an actor, assistant director, dramaturgy consultant and set manager for various film and media art projects.
