BIOGRAPHIE

Graduated from ENAC / UNAM, with an interest in cinemas with unrestrained and more abstract narrative inquiries, he works mainly on analogue supports and has a great interest in film restoration. He’s a member of Anarchivia, a collective based in Estudios Churubusco, focused on the preservation of recycled audiovisual media and technologies as well as the promotion and exhibition of experimental cinema. In 2021 he founded ABISMAL, a film distributor centered on contemporary alternative cinema and restored film. He’s currently working at the Cinematographic Laboratory for Digital Restoration of Filmoteca de la UNAM.
