Fulvio Nebbia

BIOGRAPHIE

Fulvio Nebbia was born in Turin in 1978. He graduated in Sociology and Social Research and has been working in the audio-visual production field since 2000 as a director, screenwriter, camera operator and editor. Among his works, he produced and edited the video of the song “Ti regalerò una rosa” by Simone Cristicchi, (Best Italian Music Video 2007 – male artist) and he adapted and produced the mini-series “Letters from the asylum” for Fox. He wrote and directed many independent short films, which have been submitted to several national film festival such as Torino Film Festival, RIFF, Arcipelago, Tohorror, Monfilm Fest and his screenplay “Fuori casa” (“Outside”) has been finalist in Nisi Masa European Contest. He has collaborated as an author to the online newspapers Tvblog.it, Cineblog.it and Yahoo! News. From 2016 to 2021, he has been Creative Producer of the online editorial project about DIY Come fare con Barbara. In 2007 he founded the independent film production company IK Produzioni with Alberto Puliafito. IK mainly produces documentaries, short films, TV programs, music videos and web contents. Among the film produced: "Slow News" (World Premiere at Thessaloniki Documentary Festival; Audience Award at Glocal Film Festival), “Una violenza di genere”, “Comando e Controllo” (Best Documentary Premio Libero Bizzarri – Il nostro tempo è ora; Cinemambiente 2010), “Yes We Camp” and “Harmattan” (Annecy Cinéma Italien; Valsusa Filmfest). He is writing his first sci-fi graphic novel, entitled "Entangled", illustrated by Cleo Bissong, within the same Slow News project to which the "Fables from the New World" is part, A Brave New Word.
