Originally, we planned on picking a text and recording ourselves under different states of emotion & consciousness, as an experiment. But the reality was that we wanted to capture spontaneity, particularly that moment when you first discover something about yourself. To do so, the idea of a confined space with CCTV felt necessary. Coupled with Inés’s expertise in getting you out of your own way, the rest was history…
