BIOGRAPHIE

Nachshon Taishi Tanaka was born in Japan. At age 19, he left for Israel to study the Hebrew Bible in its original language. While he was studying filmmaking at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, he won the Best Student Film Award at the 2019 Haifa International Film Festival for his short documentary film. “Sonokoe” is his first film after returning to Japan.
