Sohela Ghattas

BIOGRAPHIE

Sohela Ghattas is a Palestinian filmmaker based in Haifa city, Israel. Sohela’s passion for writing and storytelling began from a very young age. She participated in two script writing and filmmaking workshops with the director and writer “Suha Arraf”. Many of sohela’s Stories are inspired by true stories, one of them is the story of “Salma”. Sohela is also a social activist, she works as a Women’s rights lawyer in Haifa, and holds a BA in psychology and law. Her passion for writing and storytelling began from a very young age.
