BIOGRAPHIE

Einmal Ausschlafen is my first short film, self-produced in May/June 2022 with the help of some lifetime friends and great collaborators: in the leading roles: Martin Clausen and Nadine Rosemann, Cinematography: Hans Hager, Sound and Vfx: Philipp Gabriel, Production design: Julia Peters, Editing: Klaus Gietinger, Music: Eckhard Heck. Previously I wrote two books: the Tenerife crime novel Die dunkle Seite der Insel and the Bronze Age Adventure Der Himmel ist eine Scheibe and worked as an Assistant director for cinema, TV drama and series. Among other productions for the movies Heinrich der Säger and Der Fischerkrieg by Klaus Gietinger, NeuFundLand by Georg Maas and Le chiavi di casa with Charlotte Rampling by Gianni Amelio, the TV drama Martha and Tommy with Senta Berger directed by Petra K. Wagner, Mord am Fluss, Unschuldig and Janus for the crime film series Tatort, the direct-to-dvd-movie Upstairs with Luke Perry directed by Robert Pejo, some ARD pre-evening formats like WaPo Bodensee and Watzmann ermittelt and the ZDF miniseries Wendehammer directed by Sinan Akkus and as script/continuity for the feature film Lola and Bilidikid by Kutlug Ataman. And even before that I studied at the Universities in Genoa (Italy) and Frankfurt (Germany) German and Italian Literature and Film and Television Sciences and wrote my master’s thesis about Walther Serner.
