BIOGRAPHIE

1970- Began independent production and screening of films. In the 1980s, while running a free space for various forms of expression such as video, art, music, theater, butoh, photography, and poetry in Sapporo, "Eki-Ura No. 8 Warehouse" with 1 or 2 friends. While running the free space "Eki-Ura No. 8 Warehouse" with one or two friends, he also produced his own video works, video art and installations. 1986- Founded and operated the video gallery "Image Galerio," and 1992- Established the citizen-funded cinema "Theater Kino" in Tokyo. Established "Theater Kino," a citizen-funded cinema, and took a break from production to devote himself to its operation. 2018- Resumed activities as a filmmaker and artist. 1973 "Waters Room" (8mm, 17 min.)
