Thaís de Almeida Prado is a filmmaker, actress and Multimedia Artist. Her work permeates the interdisciplinary boundaries between the visual arts, cinema, theater, dance, music and literature. She develops processes of real time narratives going deeper in the videographic, theatrical and literary creation. She was part of the artistic residence in Saline Royale d'Arc et Senans, France, where she developed a performance-story and two videos. She was a resident artist in Hangar.Org / Barcelona, Spain, developing an urban intervention. She works in the project “IntranspoRníveis” (Live Cinema Festival, 2010), an audiovisual narrative created in real time. In 2007, she created the solo performance The sleeper who... , as part of the exhibition Tulse Luper Suitcases, by Peter Greenaway.
