BIOGRAPHIE

Manffy Lai is a producer of films and commercials, as well as a director. She has previously been involved in the shooting of films, effects, mini-series, international commercials, music videos, corporate videos and product advertisements. Her later film work has centered around animation and special effects, bringing a design aesthetic and a humanities sensibility to her video work. She has strived to develop and represent diverse perspectives and brings an ornate and rich creativity to her work. ‘Classic Daddy’ is her first narrative animated short.
