BIOGRAPHIE

Matsubara has directed the title sequences of numerous hit drama series, including “Aoi Tori” (’97), “Seija no Koushin” (’98) and “Utsukushii Hito” (’99), winning awards at the Monterey International Advertising Festival and the 15th Drama Academy Awards. Notable credits as director include “RAKUEN” (’98), “The Man Adopted by a Stray Cat” (’19) and “Haruka no Hikari” (’21).
