BIOGRAPHIE

Anders Nylander Thomsen is a Danish writer and director with a background as a stunt man and stunt coordinator. Since 2009, Anders has worked with some of the most acclaimed Danish filmmakers including Thomas Vinterberg on "The Hunt," Fenar Ahmad on "Darkland" and "Valhalla," Ulaa Salim on "Sons of Denmark," and Anders Reffen on "Into the Darkness." Other notable credits include "Antboy", "Wildland," "Land of Mine" and the television series "The Bridge" and "The Chestnut Man." After acquiring significant experience with physical storytelling, Anders aspires to write and direct his own projects, starting with "Parting Words" - a short film that deliberately focuses on emotion and character, with two of Denmark's finest actresses Johanne Louise Schmidt and Karen-Lise Mynster carrying the relatable story of a mother and her daughter with a troubled past having to say a final goodbye.
