BIOGRAPHIE
Lisa Meyer was born 1988 in Sollebrunn, a village in the south-west of Sweden. She has a bachelor in film directing from Valand Academy, University of Gothenburg 2019. Her graduation film “Melanie” premiered at Gothenburg Film Festival and was nominated in the section Next Nordic Generation at the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund and screened as part of Nordic talents in Copenhagen 2019. Lisa is currently working on her first feature film “Demands of a teenage heart” which has been chosen for the Swedish national fiction debut talent program “Five 4 fiction” funded by the Swedish Film Institute. She is also working on her serial debut called “PSYKET!” together with screenwriter and poet Anna Nygren and as a casting director. Her films often center around young girls who demand more space of action than the surrounding world offer them and depict modern swedish country life.
