BIOGRAPHIE

As a teenager, Micha Strecker started writing, producing, and directing his own movies, while expanding his knowledge and insight into the world of film and the business of it. Before starting to study English Literature and Culture and Film Studies as a minor, deepening his knowledge of the English language, culture, and his academic knowledge of the medium of film in 2019, he applied to Film Schools in Germany and Europe and was under the last four applicants for the Directing course at the Vienna Film School under Michael Haneke. Despite the rejection at film schools in the early stage of his career, Micha Strecker realized his first feature in 2020, which he financed himself and his latest movie "Rights of Man".
