BIOGRAPHIE

An aspiring writer and director, Ellen has spent the last 4 years honing her storytelling skills at Nanyang Technological University School of Art, Design and Media. 

Her most recent directorial short is a local adaptation of La La Land, Paths (2022). In her recent internship at Big 3 Media, she worked as a writing intern, coming up with scripts and concepts in assistance to the directors at the company. She also directed an intern-lead short film, an initiative by Big 3 Media, which is currently in post-production and will be released in 2023.

As someone who loves to create stories from the personalities and environments around her, Ellen enjoys people-watching and photography – both of which inspires her to write unique, personal stories that hit a soft spot.
