Lauren Campi was born and raised in Los Angeles and at a young age began working a production internship at Katalyst Media where she worked closely with Ashton Kutcher and producer Jason Goldberg (The Butterfly Effect). From then on, Lauren began working her way up creating multiple short films, working closely with Sundance Award Winning production company, Vanishing Angle. In late 2018, Lauren began working as a development executive and screenwriter for Mystic Makers, a production company founded by Mojean Aria (Reminiscense). With Mystic Makers, Lauren has since co- wrote and co-produced, KAPŌ, a feature film produced by Academy Award nominated, Chelsea Winstanley (Jo Jo Rabbit). Most recently, VICE Films’ Natalie Farrey (Her) and Danny Gabai (The Report) acquired the script CONVERSION which Lauren co-wrote with Mojean Aria and Benjamin Gilmour (Jirga - Australia’s 2019 submission to the Academy Awards). Most recently, her script TEN was trending on the Blacklist.
