BIOGRAPHIE

I was born in the occupied city of Famagusta, Cyprus, one of the “ghost” cities of the world. Worked in the US and Cyprus as a TV and film director, producer, cinematographer, and editor in the advertisement and nonprofit sector. As an activist I dedicated much of my work to social changing projects, often teaming up with individuals and organizations to press for changes in legislation, policy, and government practices. Served as President of the Directors Guild of Cyprus, a member of the Cyprus Cinema Advisory Committee, a member of KYPRIA Arts Festival Sponsorship Program 2023 and a member of the Cyprus Advertising Regulation Organization.
