BIOGRAPHIE

Aya started working as a video journalist in 2014 during her Radio and TV production studies at Cairo University, she used the camera to express her perspective of the world and went into documentary filmmaking and directing, later she worked at a Media teaching center, and then moved to work on a tv and program production.
She later learned video production and editing which made her able to work as a one-woman crew at multiple companies, she currently works at Womena Media Company as a Video Producer and Editor, while working on her own personal projects and exhibiting her video and photography work at local and international exhibitions. Every two weeks is Aya's first narrative short film, after working on documentary and short-form visual art projects, this film accumulates her experience in the field thus far.
