BIOGRAPHIE

I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, and my passion for visual arts led me to study graphic design and photography at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. After immersing myself in the vibrant artistic scene of the city, I gained valuable experience by assisting and capturing various moments through my lens. Upon returning to Moscow, I began working professionally, primarily focusing on photography for renowned magazines such as Vogue and Glamour. Additionally, I ventured into music videos and video art, expanding my repertoire and exploring different mediums. As my career progressed, I transitioned into the role of a director of photography, specializing in documentaries and short films. Some of my projects received awards and recognition, further solidifying my commitment to this art form. To deepen my knowledge and skills, I pursued education as a film director at the Moscow School of New Cinema, thanks to a grant I received. In 2019, I accomplished a significant milestone with the release of my debut film, "BumBro," which achieved success on the festival circuit, spanning countries from Canada to Iran. The film was acquired by the Russian equivalent of Netflix, Start, and had a wide theatrical distribution across Russia. In 2022, I relocated to Lisbon and started to work on the script of the feature film "Sandman" With each project, my goal is to surpass expectations, capture compelling visuals, and evoke emotions that resonate with viewers. I look forward to continuing my journey as a filmmaker, collaborating with diverse talents, and crafting impactful stories that leave a lasting impression in the world.
