He was born on October 4, 1984 in Chymkent, Kazahstan. In 92 after the collapse of the USSR, he moved to Ufa, Russia. He graduated from school with a gold medal and from the Aviation University with honors with a degree in economics and mathematics. After working in his specialty for 2 years and quickly moving up the career ladder, at the age of 24 he got the opportunity to create a city television channel in Ufa from scratch. After 2 years, the channel began broadcasting around the clock and launched its own news service. Another 2 years later, in 2012, he won the TEFI award for the special project “spring ball” where 12,000 graduates danced the waltz on the main city square. In 2015, he opened an advertising studio TIP-TOP TEAM, whose work received many international awards. In 2020 he moved to Moscow and became a co-founder of the DUDKA FILMS studio, which is engaged in script development and full-fledged production of TV series and feature films. In 2022, he won the pitching of the Ministry of Culture with the full-length film “Yura the Streetcleaner.”
