BIOGRAPHIE

Paul Van der Stegen is a young director from Lyon. After directing two short films with the support of the director of the On Vous Ment festival, he directed Bestiaire, his first produced short film, at the age of 16. He explores themes such as adolescence, the father-son relationship, social exclusion and is currently writing his next film, in collaboration with Mathieu Landais (The Smell of Us, 2014). - Paul Van der Stegen est un jeune réalisateur lyonnais. Après avoir dirigé deux courts métrages avec le soutien du directeur du festival On Vous Ment, il réalise Bestiaire, son premier court métrage produit, à l'âge de 16 ans. Il explore des thèmes tels que l'adolescence, la relation père-fils, l'exclusion sociale et se consacre aujourd'hui à l'écriture de son prochain film, en collaboration avec Mathieu Landais (The Smell of Us, 2014).
