BIOGRAPHIE

Georgian filmmaker born in 1982, known for his distinctive storytelling that blends cultural depth with a keen cinematic vision. He pursued his passion for filmmaking internationally, studying in New York before honing his craft at the prestigious N.U.C.T. film school, located within the iconic Cinecittà Studios in Rome, Italy. With experience as an assistant director on various American and European projects, he has directed three short films, including Lost Village, which was in competition at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and won awards at multiple festivals worldwide. His latest short film, Amaia’s Guests, is currently making its way through the festival circuit, continuing to showcase his talent for telling culturally resonant, emotionally rich stories.
