Noga Mer

BIOGRAPHIE

Noga Mer (27) grew up in Zikhron Yaakov, Israel. She completed her film studies at Sapir College, graduating in 2023. Noga is now working at "Seeing Far" Association as a mentor for youth at-risk from Israel’s periphery, guiding them to become creators. She is currently an independent creator, involved in developing a film screenplay about the Ethiopian community in a crime-ridden neighborhood.
