In 1998 he obtained a certificate from the Marco Bellocchio Film School (Bobbio) and in the period 1990-2000 he carried out an intense video, documentary and cinematographic production activity as an author and director, collaborating with Marco Sgorbati, Ettore Sola, Giuseppe Bertolucci, Maria Assunta Karina, Luka Moncaleano and more. 1997-1998 : KILLER GUMP BEST SHORT and BEST ACTOR (Gianni Schicchi) at the Primo Videolugosi Horror Film Festival – Florence (Italy) first prize for the best video work MAP VIDEO 1998 1998: HEARTBIKER Documentary on bikers filmed in Sturgess (USA, South Dakota); First prize International Tourist and Adventure Film Festival (B.I.T.) of Milan XXIII Edition Sports Section 2000: I'LL ASK THE MOUNTAIN BEST SHORT at the Mountain Film Festival 2000 Autrans (France); ex aequo winner in Katmandu Film Mountain Festival (Nepal - 2000); selected at Banff Film Festival Canada & World Tour 2000; winner of the International Tourist and Adventure Film Festival of Milan XXIV Edition Sport-Adventure Section with the documentary; best short on web TV at the Trento Film Festival 2007. From 2002 to 2006: he began to shoot and produce “trance/films”, trying to deepen the link between music and visual art. Distribution (USA); finalist at the Mediterranean Festival IV Edition 2006 in Tangier (Morocco) “WINTERBIRDS HELPED THE PASSENGERS” (ITALY-JAPAN 2007) published by the Italian-Japanese label Silentes, it was voted by the musical monthly Rockerilla and by the website “ONDA ROCK” among the best video-productions of 2007 “POST ATOMIK RODEO” (FRANCE Pahavahri Production 2007) a collaboration with the American guitarist Matthew Degennaro, best video 2006 for BLOW UP (Gino Dal Soler) 2007: commendation from the Senate of the Italian Republic for the documentary “IOWA STORIES” (2007-2008), self-produced documentary; Golden Award for Digital Documentary at the 40th World Film Festival in Houston (U.S.A.).
