Simon Laperrière is a film writer, programmer and lecturer. His books include Bleu nuit: Histoire d’une cinéphilie nocturne (Somme toute, 2014) and Series of Dreams: Bob Dylan et le cinéma (Rouge profond, 2018). Bigfoot marks his return to directing after a long pause.
