Simone Paggetti

BIOGRAPHIE

Simone Paggetti was born in Pescara in 1996 and has always been passionate about the seventh art. After graduating from high school, he began producing short films, music videos, and documentaries, focusing particularly on directing. In 2021, he enrolled in IFA Scuola di Cinema to study cinema, specialising in film directing. During his studies, he wrote articles for a cinema blog and gained experience in the direction department, working as both an assistant and first assistant director on various fiction and documentary productions. In 2022, he collaborated with his colleagues Giovanni Berardi and Alessandro Marcheggiani to develop the project "Sacro | Urbano." That spring, he co-directed a short film alongside Giovanni Berardi. In 2023, Simone completed his master’s in film directing at IFA Scuola di Cinema while developing the project "The Frog".
