BIOGRAPHIE

Yangxi Chen, a director and screenwriter trained at Bande à Part and the Instituto del Cine de Madrid, has worked as an assistant director, screenwriter, and audiovisual translation coordinator for Warner in London. Her works include the short films Sweet Gong and La Impostora (over 60 selections and awards), as well as Tesoro and Tras el Telón. Her script Lu de Lu was a finalist at the 2025 Ibiza Festival and, in its feature version, selected for DAMA Ayuda and supported by the Basque Gove
